— Meet HuddleUp

One app.
Three kinds of users.
Zero confusion.

HuddleUp is built for the three people who make youth football work — the coach who needs to organize practice, the parent who needs to know what's happening, and the kid who's actually playing the game.

Each gets their own simple, focused view. No spreadsheets. No 9pm group texts. No "did anyone tell you about Saturday?"

PLAYS I KNOW
Sweep Right ✓ Power Up ✓ Halfback Toss
— Six Big Features →

Built around how youth football actually works.

📅
01

Practice Planner

Build a weekly practice in 60 seconds. Drag-and-drop drills, assign water-break reminders, and push the plan to every parent's phone. Cancelled by rain? One tap reschedules everyone.

🏈
02

Simple Playbook

Plays drawn in plain language — "Sweep Right," "Power Up," "Halfback Toss" — with animated arrows kids can actually understand. Each play is rated by difficulty (1–3 stars) so coaches know what's age-appropriate.

🛡️
03

Parent Permissions

Photos, video, away-game travel, contact sharing — every permission a parent must approve sits in one place. Forms get e-signed in the app. No more paper getting lost in backpacks.

04

Effort Stars

Instead of stats kids don't care about, coaches give "effort stars" each practice — for hustle, being a good teammate, listening up. Kids collect badges. Parents see a real picture of how their kid's doing.

💬
05

Team Bulletin

One feed for the whole team: coach announcements, weather updates, snack-parent rotation, carpool callouts. No more group chats with 200 messages. Parents can pin what matters.

🏅
06

Game Day Mode

Saturday morning, the app switches to a simple game-day view: roster check-in, position assignments, hydration reminders, and a one-tap "I'm here" so parents at the field can find each other.

— Built Safe —

Kids first.
Always.

A coaching app for children isn't a regular app. Every feature was designed to protect kids, give parents control, and meet COPPA + youth-safety standards from day one.

  • No kid account exists without a verified parent first — parent creates the family, then invites the kid.
  • Coaches can't message kids directly — all communication routes through the parent's account.
  • Photos require explicit parent permission before any team upload — defaults to OFF, never opt-out.
  • No social feed, no comments from strangers, no public profiles — only the people on your team see your team.
  • COPPA-compliant data handling and end-to-end encrypted personal info — no third-party ad networks, ever.

Before HuddleUp I had a binder, a group text, and a clipboard. Now my whole team — kids, parents, all of it — runs from my phone. I get my evenings back.
